Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Strips Recipe

Published by simplywriting at 11:08 pm under Recipes Edit This

Potato Chip Chicken Strips RecipeI think this might be my kids favorite meal. One, because it’s chicken. Two, because it is totally fun for them to make and they can actually make it themselves. It’s super easy and tastes delicious!

Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Strips Recipe

4-6 Chicken Tenderloins or chicken cut into strips
1 bag potato chips, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. melted butter

In a shallow bowl, combine the sour cream and the garlic salt, onion salt and paprika. Crumble the potato chips and put them in a large bowl. Dip the chicken pieces first in the sour cream and seasoning mixture and then roll/coat in the potato chips. Try to get them as covered as you can. Once coated in the chips, place in a 9×13 greased baking dish. Sprinkle with melted butter. Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.

These taste great with ranch, honey mustard, salsa and just about any other sauce. Enjoy!!

My kids would gobble these up…so would my hubby! Being that we’ve been on an extremely limited budget I can’t wait to try some recipes when our finances clear up. You are totally bookmarked!
