Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Cinnamon Apple Pizza RecipeLooking for something fast and easy to make for a yummy weekend treat for breakfast? Yeah, we were too. We discovered this recipe a couple of months ago and have made it a handful of times. It’s absolutely delicious. The best part is that its super easy, fast and cheap. Plus, while kids love it a lot, adults love it too!

Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Pizza Recipe

1 can cinnamon rolls, set icing aside
1 can apple pie filling
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbs. melted butter

Cinnamon Apple Pizza RecipePreheat oven to 400 degrees. Flatten cinnamon rolls to about a 3″-4″ circle. You want them to be flat enough but not too flat that the toppings would soak through. Lay out the cinnamon rolls on a greased pizza pan overlapping each other. Put them in the preheated oven for 6 minutes.

Cinnamon Apple Pizza RecipeRemove and spoon apple pie filling over the top of your “pizza crust”. Mix melted butter and brown sugar together and then sprinkle over the top of the apple pie topping. Place back into oven for 6 more minutes.

Remove and sprinkle icing over the top. Cut with a pizza cutter if you want, it won’t be perfect, and will be pretty messy, but hand them a fork and I promise they will ask for seconds. It is SO good!!
