Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
We all love these. I started out making them at Christmas, but now find myself making them throughout the year. I’ve been known to take them along to potlucks a time or two and everyone wants the recipe. The recipe is simply a standard peanut butter ball recipe.
Peanut Butter Balls
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1 c. smooth, creamy peanut butter
6 c. corn flakes
In a small bowl, dump in the corn flakes, and set aside. Using the stove top, in a small pot, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Stir constantly. Allow to boil for 3 minutes then remove from heat immediately. Stir in the peanut butter. Pour the hot peanut butter over the corn flakes and mix together. Allow to sit for a few moments, and then roll into balls. Makes about a dozen. Double the recipe for more, or make smaller Peanut Butter Balls.
