Baked Chilean Sea BassThis awesome recipe tastes better with Chilean Sea Bass, but I will be perfectly honest and let you know that any old Sea Bass will do.

Baked Chilean Sea Bass Recipe with a Black Olive Style Dressing

6 Chilean Seabass Fillets
5 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. oregano, dried
2 tsp. basil, dried
3 tsp. parsley, fresh
1 3/4 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Begin by combining the garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and olives together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place olive oil into a 13×9 baking dish and pop into the oven to heat for about five minutes. Remove from oven. Spread the olive mixture across the baking dish. Carefully place the Chilean Seabass Fillets on the top and pour the while white over the tops. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. This is so delicious! Oh, and in case you didn’t know, you can prepare something similar on the grill using tin foil. Enjoy!
