Creamy Baked Pork Chops Recipe

6 pork chops (or chicken breasts)
1/2 c. milk
4 Tbs. olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. white wine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 c. Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse and dry chops. Sprinkle with garlic powder and salt to taste. In a small bowl, beat eggs, coat the chops in flour and dip in egg mixture then coat with Italian bread crumbs. In a skillet, heat oil over medium to high heat. Fry chops 5 minutes, flip and fry five more. Remove the chops from the skillet. In a 9″x13″ pan, place chops and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. In another bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk and wine. Remove pork chops from oven and pour soup mixture over them. Replace the tin foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes. Goes great with green bean casserole and rolls! Yum!

I love that other white meat. Do you use the boneless type?
